Administrator guide
How the main admin areas fit together.
Commercial workflow
A product defines what is sold and which provisioning module handles it. An order records a purchase. A linked service tracks lifecycle and credentials. An invoice tracks the balance and transactions. Module actions create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate or modify the remote service.
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Clients | Profiles, contacts, services, domains, invoices, quotes, notes and impersonation. |
| Orders | Review, accept, provision, invoice, cancel or refund. |
| Billing | Invoices, transactions, credits, gateways, currencies, tax and promotions. |
| Support | Departments, tickets, replies, attachments, ratings and escalation. |
| Automation | Cron schedule, task health, mail retries and lifecycle processing. |
| Security | Roles, 2FA, sessions, API scopes, audit events and bans. |
Client impersonation“Login as Client” preserves the administrator context and displays an impersonation banner. End it with the provided control.
