Fix downloads and software updates
Distinguish full installers from incremental updates and resolve entitlement or package failures.
Choose the correct release channel

kbilling-update-vX.Y.Z.zip | Incremental update consumed by an existing KBilling installation. |
Customer download checks
- The billing service is Active.
- The authority license is Active and not expired.
- Software Updates Until is in the future.
- A full stable release is published.
- The portal server can reach the authority over verified HTTPS.
Publishing checks
The stable publisher rejects unsafe paths, configuration, secrets, runtime data, symbolic links and packages missing VERSION, index.php, install/index.php or includes/init.php. The version inside VERSION must match the release version entered in the console.
