Model products and understand the order lifecycle.
Product setup
- Create a product group and choose storefront visibility.
- Create a product; set type, tax, welcome email and module.
- Add supported billing-cycle prices.
- Attach configurable options and addons.
- For automation, select the server/module and remote package.
- Place a test order through the customer cart.
Lifecycle
Pending orders are reviewed by staff or automation. Acceptance creates linked records and may invoke provisioning. Successful creation activates the service. Failures are recorded for diagnosis and controlled retry.
IdempotencyProvisioning and registrar actions use locks and state checks so duplicate requests are skipped instead of creating another remote resource.
